T J SMITH WALKING BEAR,

any one familar with this knife maker ?????????

Tom is a maker here in the Yakima Valley. I have one of his knives that I use in the kitchen. Normally, he sends an information sheet out with the knife. He keeps copies or used to. You could probably ask him for a copy. He does participate here occasionally, IIRC. I had a chance to chat with him a couple of years ago and found him to be very friendly.
 
The top one in this picture was a walking bear knife.

I tried to do a search, but did not find his user id yet. Will keep looking. I had not realised how long it had been. It has to have been about 3 years ago!

There are a lot of Ed's lurking about, lol
