Hi Cold Steel Mod,

Just wanna say thank you for actively engaging with us in this forum again and providing all the great info. :thumbsup:

You guys were gone for a while(1-2 years IIRC), and I always told people to check out your IG page if they wanna engage with you guys, but I'm glad that you are back here chatting with us. I remembered this forum can be very toxic to us CS fans but i feel like over the past few years people has started opening up to CS even on the General Discussions where most of the snarky comments come from.

BTW just wondering.. are you one person, or a team of people on rotation managing the same account? Also are you the same person/team managing your Instagram account/YT channel too?
 
Hey! Thanks a ton! We're definitely always working on improving.

I would prefer not to get too far into our company structure but I will definitely say that we have a great team that works together to do all things "media" but generally speaking, you are usually interacting with only one person across all platforms.

I just want to add my thanks as well. CS hasn't had much of a presence here since Andy left. Good job!! Hated to see the demise of the CS Forums, but participation had declined because of all the other social media, so I can understand your not keeping it up. It was great while it lasted and definitely more friendly than toxic. Trolls and BS never lasted long.

No CEO has time to actually moderate the internet, unfortunately. It's far more intense and time consuming than most realize. He does do his best to connect with everyone who desires to do so though! Every email, message or comment directed to him is presented and answered. He is also very in tune and kept in the loop with what is going on in the world of the internet, he sees every piece of it and responds accordingly. That being said, we definitely welcome your input directed to him, he will see it and will answer it!
 
Oh c'mon. Are you really insinuating that? It's Sal. Period. If you have spent any time over the years on Spyderco forums you would know beyond a doubt.

As much as I like Cold Steel, implying someone is pretending to be Sal Glesser posting here is low...if you had any familiarity with his postings you would not have even joked about it. Sal is a class act, all day every day.

THIS! Huge mistake and big time bad form. Sal is like family!

CS takes a lot of sht, but you guys have nothing to prove and are an icon in the industry with plenty to offer. Customers shouldn't be
forced to pick a side. If I did It is, was, and always will be spyderco. ;)

We are not politicians. We're happy to hear that! Free market rules. Will never hate on that.
