To Joe Houser

Warranty issues to the war of 1812, Honda 450 bikes, 2111 peanut butter to 446BR mayo spreaders...I don't think mayo's the only thing getting spread here:eek: :p  :p . You gotta love this place and the people:thumbup: ...you are great:D . Preston

I used peanut butter twice today. I spread it on my pancakes at breakfast, and spread some on some hot chocolate chip cookies, right out of the oven.....dang it was good.

And then, I went to Wal-Mart and looked at a new Buck 110!

I had no choice but to buy a new knife on the weekend to take the place of the strider,I had no choice ,I gave all the time i could afford, but time ran out.

Work calls for a heavy duty folder.

I think it officially got lost in the mail. :grumpy: I will start checking into it again from this end. Sorry for the huge hassel and the delay.

I was out last week due to some sort of bug. Havent had PButter in a while so I cant blame it on that. Just glad to be back! Seems like I missed a lot of uhm, stuff. Hondas, war with Canada and what not... :)

Yup,we were brushing up on our history Joe!I know you did your best Joe,and i apprechiate it,but sometimes Chit happens.I got a b/s tarani ,and nope, its not as bad azz as the 880.

I hesitated to mention it, but CNN/HN reported a week or two ago that Canada was cracking down on the trafficing of weapons and drugs into their country from the US...Could be you got caught in their crackdown... :(

I don't think so,New Graham just delivered no problem,as long as they aren't switchblades, any knife is legal here!

I have knives coming from the U.S almost weekly,if not every 2 weeks, and never have i had a problem,i think it just got lost?

I am going to send out another one, phooey on looking into it anymore. You have been waiting for a long while and I just dont feel like I will get anywhere with the post office.
Can you please try to get another email through with your address? Maybe we got it wrong the first time.
Thanks,

Thanks,

Joe, that's a top notch thing you just did. This makes me think I need to do my part and buy a new knife. Getting an old knife off e-bay really doesn't help out a company that clearly helps out it's customers. I like to support a company like that.

Now what will it be.....
I'm thinking a 119.:)
Or the smaller fixed blade (still a newbe, and don't know all the numbers yet).

Dear Mr. Houser...
Did you ever get that 2007 Kalinga S30V I sent ya? It needed, ah...something...can't remember.
Just hope you got it.
Please advise.
Patiently...
Marvin.

Sorry...couldn't resist. You are quite the gent Joe Houser. My hat's off to you.

Joe, that is extremely stand up of you. A while back somebody mentioned that most of us wee Bucksters don’t visit the other forums that much. That may have something to do with how at home we all feel here.
Marvin, apparently using your given name is a bit of a tell for you. Now, how can we use this when playing poker?

I am not sure what happened Joe.I do know that I have sent a few knives back for custom work, and they returned VERY fast, maybe we got something mixed up?

I know Buck is THE only knife company out there that makes QUALITY PRODUCTION KNIVES and has a great warranty to go with it.

Once i ordered a user from the custom shop, and quickly recieved it,and after 3 months my credit card wasn't charged.I
called buck and talked to Sarah Buck, she explained that somehow it got shipped out without charging me.

I paid for my knife and she was very impressed with the loyalty and honesty of buck customers,me included.

Joe,I've tried sending e-mails,again coming back as undeliverable,so if you like i will call Buck today with the mailing info.

Thanks a lot Joe,thats more than i could ask for,and if by chance the other one arrives,I will send one back,Going to try an e-mail one more time Joe,thanks again!

Razor,
I got a couple of the emails you sent so we are good. I told my CR rep to make sure we have your correct address and get the knife expedited to you.
So YOU are the guy that called to tell us that he never got charged for his custom knife. :D
I have to say that this sort of thing does happen from time to time and it make me proud to be a part of the human race! Its those things that a person does when no one is looking that defines who they are. Well done! :D

Marvin, I was wondering whos Kalinga that was. No return adress with it so I just sold it on fleabay. :foot:  You crack me up!

MC60 thanks for the comments!

Thanks again Joe!

Well...since my Kalinga is gone to fleabay and it seems like an error on my part, that's ok. Things happen. I understand.
