I am a little confused here Wade. I can find only one post you made refering to a dealer. That post seems OK to me.

Mike Turber (owner) and Spark (site administrator) would like folks to promote dealers that advertise here at BFC (and thereby help keep the site open and free to all). But there is no rule that forbids mentioning a dealer. Dealers, knifemakers, and individuals are required to post direct advertisements in the exchange forums. But members are allowed to post informational posts and links to dealers sites.

Whenever possible, folks should make mention of dealers and businesses that support this site by advertising, particularly the One Stop Knife Shop (1SKS), which directly funds this web site.

I did not edit or alter your post, so I am not sure what you are talking about. But thanks for the compliment anyway!

Paracelsus, clueless

Well, dummy me Paracelsus! I tried and tried to find my post from late last night , couldn't find it, did a search etc. Thought you had removed it or something. Must be going blind cause I just found it. Duh! Edited the part of the above post regarding thanking you for removing a post you didn't remove.

Now I must really apologize for this mess. Feel free to remove this thread to never never land, unless others would like to add their cheers to the unsung heros - our moderators!! Anyone confused yet?

Think I will stick to buying knives and going broke.
hehe

Confused? NO, maybe, yes, I don't know.
I must add my compliments to the fine job done by our moderators.

Not sure what that was all about. Feel free to mention any dealer you like. I, like Para, feel that we should support those who support the site so click on the banners and see where they go. Those guys help pay the bills around here.

Probably had something to do with the type of computer he uses. BTW, I didn't know they still made Commodores.

Hoodoo

I get some pleasure from finding a relentlessly peaceful use for a combative looking knife.

All cause I'm blind and couldn't find a silly post. Mentioned Phil at 2thehilt and when I thought the post was removed. Assumed that it was removed for mentioning a dealer. See what happens when you assume? You make yourself an (see first three letters of Assume)

Yes the name of mine heralds back to the good old glory days of when my buddy and I ran one of the first public BBS system in St. Louis on a couple of old 64's we bought at KMART. 900 baud modems I think. Go figure. Upgraded to the Amiga and now on both Mac G3/4's and Pentium Cows at work. Sorry for the confusion. Do knife purchases always do this to us knife nuts?
