I need some help to find someone to replace the leather handles on my knife. It is a Official Boy Scouts of America belt knife, made by Western of Boulder, Co.I understand that the company is out of business. The leather handles are dry rotted and in bad shape. I got the knife new in the early 60's and it was used hard then lost and I found it several months ago. If some of you good folks know a place I can get my handles replaced please e-mail me(cfarish@templeinland.com). Thank You and we Stars And Stripes Forever.

Welcome to the forums, Cliff! Sorry I can't help with someone who would do this for you, but if you would care to tackle this project yourself some of the knifemaker's supply houses sell the pre-cut washers you would need. Texas Knifemaker's Supply, Jantz, Koval, K & G Finishing Supplies would all be places to check. Good luck!:)
