made up a handful of Bic-Cases for my tackle-bags. Keeps a lighter waterproof and ready for a backup in case I drop mine overboard or get it wet. I smoke...I NEED a Bic LOL

has a tiny ferrorod on the bottom, I managed to get it to spark with the scraper off my real ferro so I guess it aint entirely useless LOL

I just posted this in the old snarkness but just incase you guys didnt see it. I have not missed a day of kayaking since I got it.
 
So, has anyone else heard of Cavalia?

Apparently they are in St. Louis right now. My mom, and aunt, and my cousin's 2 out of 3 kids from Iowa, and another friend were going to go. Got the tickets, spent $600 on the tickets. Mom got mixed up, thought the tickets were for the late show (2000) not the early show (1400). Turns out she had it backwards. She called the company and they said "Too bad, you're SOL." Mom tried explaining about what happened; grandma had a seizure on friday night and stopped breathing for 3 minutes. Saturday she didn't wake up till about 1700. Saturday night, my uncle died, all this other stuff has been going on. Dude didn't care, told her if she wants to see the show, she'll have to buy tickets for next weekend.

I couldn't FATHOM this level of customer DISSERVICE.
 
Try calling and talking to a supervisor and see if they can do anything else.
 
Did a solo overnighter with my BK16, and all I could think about the whole time was that I wished I had my BK7 or 9. Didn't think I'd need a chopper but whaddya know, I needed a chopper. For smaller chores I ended up using my Wohlwend neck knife exclusively. Hmmm.
 
I refused to get on the phone. I knew better than to try to get on the phone. Someone would end up in jail, someone else would end up in the hospital. At this time I'm still not sure which would have been which.

This is as far as I got on the scales I wanted to make while on vacation. Hopefully they will get done sometime soon. This is using the corian I had been talking about.

Thank you, I can't wait to get them finished up. This is just a rough fit after drilled the holes and got some sanding done. I still need to shape them similar to the stock scales and get the fit on them a little tighter.
