To strip or not to strip? How do you prefer your beckers?

Nope! Just eyeballed it. I sanded the coat off, no strippers.

Stripped. I don't care for the look of worn coatings; I prefer natural finishes because they wear more gracefully.

With that said, I do like the stripped and patina look a lot. I've said it before, they get that "I've been around and loved a lot" look. Just something very "earthy" about them.

And I really also like the un-stripped knives that have been used a lot and show a lot of wear. They get that "I've been around and loved a lot" look.

I use them as is until the coating gets quite worn. Then I strip it, as the mottled coating look isn't great imo.

And man, that's a few bk1's, and serrated bk2's.
