To strip or not to strip..that is the question

Great. I had been using them lightly on a few other knives but I like them so well and they seemed to be as good as new so I put them on the 9, now they have been getting used a lot.

I was prepared to leave my BK11 coated. If it was a smooth DLC coating like a Spyderco I probably would have, but the rough texture paint seemed to be too temporary feeling to me so today I stripped it. (see my separate thread on this) If you are willing to work on the knife yourself and you have a place to mess with it, it is easy to strip it and put on your own coating.

I have stripped other beckers but my 9 im afraid to do for some reason..and i have a sick urge to sell it and get the new laser etched model...i don't know why...am i insane??
