What a cool little knife!!!!!
It's very well made and easy to open. It's a liner lock too, therefore easy to close.
The blade is probably 3-4mm thick at the spine but thins out nicely. In practicality, it is flat ground as the hollowed effect is hardly noticable.
The clip actually helps the grip and it's staying on

The finish on the aluminum scales is very attractive, as is the entire knife.
Glad I purchased it.
It will provide a rest for the Umfaan that has been carried daily for a year.

This little guy really has grown on me.
I like the way it clips (hear this Senator?) inside the watch pocket of my Levis.
I also like how easy it opens and closes. I have all the baby Spydercos and this is by far the easiest to operate-despite the size. Mostly because of the Walker Lock in lieu of Lockback. Also, it's smooth as silk.
It won't ever be a steak knife, but it trims fingernails, opens envelopes and boxes, annoying small-packaged food products and sharpens pencils like nobody's business. You know, the mundane urban stuff that comes up daily.
I get a kick out of just operating the action and have already done it 100's of times.
Rosanne is ugly. This knife is not

Kelly,
So far, I have 4 knives with their clips attached. A CF Dragonfly,Toad, and 2 Cheyennes. The clips work fine, but I usually end up hanging the knives in unusual places like vest pockets or watch pockets (Toad

).
I also have a Boker/Nealy Specialist that I keep clipped (in sheath)upside down on the outside fairing pocket cover on the Wing.
It's on the left side, but still deploys instantly. I have no talent or liking for knife fighting, but you can't roll up the windows and lock the doors on a motorcycle.

The clip-hater fetish DOES still remain. I also received a Navigator with the Toad. I picked it up, worked the action and "felt" the grip. I smiled and immediately removed the clip. I felt the knife again and knew it was "right". I then filled the clip holes with black butyl rubber auto windshield sealer.
It virtually disappears on G-10, and can be removed later should this fetish ever end.
Take care and hope the family is well.
Bill

Coincidentally, my local (expensive) knife shop was clearing out some stock that included a single remaining Toad for $62.

Unfortunately it was the serrated version, which I'm not really fond of sharpening. Would make a nice little money clip tho...
