Toasted Stag...! HOW????

Hi guys,I've tried several ways to get that Case xx yellow hue toasted stag look with fair to poor results.I actually burned it with a torch.I've buffed it hot.I've even tried some dye.Anybody want to clue me into the best way to achieve that great look?

I think Case uses a dye/heat combination.
In my opinion their stag treatment looks obvious, fake, and amateurish. But that's just my opinion.
Too much heat will ruin the stag, so the torch has to be very carefully played on it.
Most of the pretty (in my opinion) stag is actually dyed before it is cut up.
