I have an older but good working toaster oven and would like to get a tempering setup going for non SS blades. Does anyone have info on exactly which controller and thermostat to buy and how to set it up? I think this has been here before but I cannot find it. Thanks.

I just have a good thermometer in mine, some kaowool on the bottom, slotted the side to allow the tangs of longer blades to pass through and a cheapo light timer to cycle my oven on and off to allow multiple tempering cycles and prevent the dreaded "20 hours of tempering."
