The metal wheel is dressed with 325grit CBN, the other is MDF loaded with white polishing compound, and the machine runs at 1400 RPM

Both cooks that interviewed me are my followers on Twitter, I publish almost daily or every other day on social networks, keep doing that for years and sooner or later you will get noticed by influential people for sure. That is how this interview materialized.
