I don't mean to bust your chops man, but I think there is a typo in there somewhere. A 22LR is not capable of hitting a target at 380 yards.

It takes me about 2hrs to make it to the Huntington mall from my house.
The maximum effective range of a .22LR is approximately 150 yards. Anyone who can hit an average sized rifle target at anything past that will definitely get a free beer from me.
Back on topic, looks like you had a great time. It was beautiful up here in Alaska today as well. Started off my day with a 5 mile run, then took the boy out for some baseball, bike riding, and beach combing. Too bad I had to ruin a perfect day by coming to work. :grumpy:
Never road the HM trail but have been wanting to, I go past a couple of the trailheads when I go to Charleston to Gander Mountian.I live about 20 min from the Huntington Mall.
You ever ride ATV's on the Hatfield McCoy??

This guy is right on.You may not get a humane kill, hunting at long range with a 22lr but a hit is no problem, especially if the scope has a bullet drop compensator. We mostly just go and sling lead though. 10/22 rifle + high capacity mag = FUN.Some times we take the .223 rifles but it runs into money pretty quick. All in good fun though.Ahhh but it is. Check out Snipers Hide.com. You can reach out there with .22 LR. There was a good article there, but can't find it at the moment. Just have to know your distance, bullet drops, etc.
Nice pics.
Heres one link, not the one I was looking for though. http://www.snipershide.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=924528#Post924528
