wanted a wallyworld native-they wouldnt order me one:grumpy:
so i spent my money at gander mountain on a browning ice storm-
look at internet prices for them the other day and couldnt find one online any cheaper-looked at some crtk and benchmade knives that cost about the same-

first impressions-nice looking and feels real good in my hand, just as smooth as any higher cost knives i have-vg10 steel is a huge plus as are aluminum handles-great blade shape:thumbup: -locks up tigher than my buddies fist when you ask him to borrow a few bucks for lunch:p

the low ride clip fits nice in my pocket-
it looks like its going to be a keeper

The icestorms are nice knives and one that you don't hear mentioned too often. The quality on them is very good and they must sell or they would have been cancelled by now. The blade is a little narrow for my tastes, but from everything I recall they are worth the money. Enjoy! These are great midprices alternatives to the junk coming from elsewhere.

Browning has a very nice line of knives with a great fit and finish and quality materials, but for some reason you don't hear much about them on the forums. The Stag slip joint and the presentation series are two of my favorites. (It's next to impossible to find a quality slip joint w/genuine stag handles in the $40 dollar range like the Browning)

i cut open pallets of tile all the time and a thinner point is kneeded to get under the banding-
as far as bang for the buck i doubt you can do better for 40$-unless you live by a wallyworld that has the natives in stock-

true test will come this week with it in my pocket and im on all fours setting tile-hope it doesnt jab my side
