How about horizontal, on you belt, across the small of your back? Right or left hand draw will work. It can take a little getting used to, but the seal pup isn't too big for that kind of carry. Stay safe man.

Do you draw/fire your pistol with your right hand? Maybe switch, or at least have the knife accessible to your left hand for weapon retention?

My pistol is on a chest strap currently

Get the older kydex sheath and a spyderco G-clip. I carry mine diagonal back left hip for left hand draw opposite my glock which is back right hip.

I got the same knife. I just tried it for you. It fits perfectly in my front pocket. The handle only shows when I sit down.
Make sure concealing it is legal in your area. It wouldn't be in Ca for example.

saw this in another thread/not my pic, but looks like it would work well for you if you always wear a belt:

I would suggest appendix carry. There are videos out there explaining how to appendix carry a fixed blade. A lot of SF guys carry their knives this way.

I got permission for my workplace

Might look into a CM Carry. I'm sure you could adjust it and still keep it low profile. See post quoted below for an example. vvvvvvvvv
[quote="Charlie Mike, post: 16565756"]This has come to be called "CM Carry" ... Not by me.

Is that CM Alpha or CM Bravo?
One of the two is where he carries a ball peen hammer suspended between his body and his left arm.
