That is very funny Tom, I just now finished typing a comment of your pics of the Marlin over at The Yard and clicked here to see this.... 
I have always liked my Win 94s but those Marlin's in .444 and .45/70 always make me stop at take notice. I SHOULD (story of m life) have brought any one of the various second hand ones (shot little and put away due to the cost/recoil) that came through the gun shop when I ran it back in the 80s.... 
I would love to go back there now with $10K in my pocket..!!!!
