Tom Haslinger - A great maker to Work With !!

I just finished working with Tom Haslinger on creating a custom kitchen knife for my wife for her birthday.

He was absolutely great to deal with !!!!

We worked through the details together, made suggestions on handle material, and had the piece personally ingraved for my wife. This all happened within 30 days, start to finish !!!

And the price was reasonable.

I would highly recommend Tom. He makes great kitchen cutlery and fixed blades.

Tom, If you read this, I personally want to thank you for making this birthday present a big success..

Looks good, but isn't that sort of like getting her an engraved vaccum cleaner? lol. Seriously, that is a nice piece and if she likes to cook I am sure she will like it. If she doesn't like to cook, you just handed her a fine weapon.

I'll second that, Bob.
I had Tom design and make a desk knife as a gift for my father. He was communicative throughout the process, and the final product (stainless damascus, dark exotic wood scales, light exotic wood stand)was really HARD to give away!! My dad loved it. Also plan on having Tom make a chef's knife for my wife...

He was a pleasure to do business with.
