Tomahawk/camp Axe 1045/5160 cutting bit with edge cover..**SPF**

This hawk was made more like a camp axe..The body is 1045 and the cutting bit is 5160 forge welded in.5160 makes a great cutting bit..Tough and holds an edge very well... This axe has a short hammer poll on the back..The head is 6 5/8" long with a 3" wide cutting edge.It will easily shave hair off your arm.. The haft is straight grain hickory lightly burned,stained and sealed with boiled linseed oil and wax..The sheath is sewn 8oz leather.
