Tomahawk Training Aids/Books?

With the exception of The Fighting Tomahawk by Dwight McLemore, I can't find much on 'hawk fighting techniques. Can anyone here maybe suggest some possible sources of material for this? I've thought about seeing how well Kama fighting material would translate. Would this work as well?

James Keating has a couple video's out on hawk usage, if I remember right the most recent one features the VTAC.
