Here are two throwing hawks for sale: The top one is sold
1 lb. heads, the top one is 5 3/4" from the back of the eye to the edge, the bottom one is 5 1/2". Both cutting edges are just short of 4" and the hickory handles are 18". Made from mild steel & superquenched. (See http://lametalsmiths.org/news/robb_gunter.htm).
