Here's something that doesn't pop up here very often....

This BEAST of a blade was hand forged by Tomas Rucker last year. It is like new and unused and has been in my safe since it arrived. Specs are approximately:

OAL - 15"
Blade - 9.25"
Blade Hgt - 2.25"
Thickness - .25"

It is this knife from his website... (His pictures are waaaay better than mine as he's also a professional photographer!)

I'm not sure what the blade steel is, but the handle is stacked and compressed leather.

Just found the e-mail... Tomas didn't specify exactly what the steel was, he called it "Hand Forged Spring Steel."
 
Thanks Mike. Good luck with the sell! I really like the looks and design of it I just don't like leather handles due to bad past experiences with them in the cold wet environment that I live in!
