What kind of knife did Lara Croft use when she tried to remove the golden medalion from the big statue in the underwater temple ?

The scene is in the beginning of the movie.

The knife looks like a fixed blade with an Americanized tanto tip.

Is it ER ?

i thought she was using a diving knife?

Yes, it was a diving knife. Double edged with square or chisel tip, one edge serreated and the other plain. That is all I can remember. She was wearing her silver/grey diving suit when she had the knife so I'll bet the poster at the theater shows the knife.
