"Tombstone Dagger" w/Ken Hurst engraving

Here is the dagger I just finished. It lives in New York now.

9 1/2" blade in 1084/15n20 damascus w/Texas Wind pattern
1018 fittings all around
Take down construction
Cream mammoth ivory
one piece milled pommel/frame
Fiberglass and leather sheath
Ken Hurst full coverage engraving

The sheath took almost as long to make as the knife.

That is a really impressive piece Bruce. I'm going to have to break down and get a dagger one of these days - work like this represents major temptation.

I assume if the owners initials were also engraved in it, they would be "MT". ;) :D

Great looking dagger! The Texas Wind pattern makes a super looking blade here. Ken's engraving is well done. The sheath dresses it up nicely. Thanks for the look! :thumbup:
