Here is the dagger I just finished. It lives in New York now.

9 1/2" blade in 1084/15n20 damascus w/Texas Wind pattern
1018 fittings all around
Take down construction
Cream mammoth ivory
one piece milled pommel/frame
Fiberglass and leather sheath
Ken Hurst full coverage engraving

The sheath took almost as long to make as the knife.

That is a really impressive piece Bruce. I'm going to have to break down and get a dagger one of these days - work like this represents major temptation.

I must say Bruce, that's my ALL TIME favorite of yours.
Both dagger and sheath are absolutely amazing. Beautiful engraving Ken.
Congratulations to all three of you.
I assume if the owners initials were also engraved in it, they would be "MT". ;) :D

Yep, I should have that engraved on the strap button :D

Wow, Bruce, that's somewhere between inspirational and discouraging. What beautiful work!

Great looking dagger! The Texas Wind pattern makes a super looking blade here. Ken's engraving is well done. The sheath dresses it up nicely. Thanks for the look!
