Good day all! Here’s my next Tombstone Marauder V3 up on the offer block! With the recurve and convex harpoon clip this is probably my favorite of the three.
52100 with professional HT at 60/61. Hand sanded to 1200 grit for a reflective satin finish. The flats are also 1200 grit and have some mill finish remnants for contrast. Finished dimensions are 3/16” thick, 12 1/4” overall, 7” tip to guard and about 1 7/8” tall at the harpoon.
Edge before sharpening was .01” or so and it is extremely sharp. Balances at the plunge. The deep swedge is also near sharp down the full length.
The guard and sculpted pommel are blued steel, finished to 1200 grit and polished. The handle is Bocote, Leather and Elk Antler with Red, Yellow and Black G10 spacers. It is sanded to 1200 grit with a 3/32” stainless pin, and finished with multiple coats of Danish oil, then buffed with carnauba wax. The handle feels great in my average size hand (left and right) and will fill a larger hand as well. Sheath is a snug fit with great retention even without the strap yet easy to deploy.
This is a beast of a knife and very good value at only $290 OBRO to your door in the US, and of course your satisfaction is my only priority. I can accept paypal, check or MO.
Thanks so much for looking, I hope you like it. Please feel free to comment, ask anything here or via PM.
