I recently purchased a knife from Tomsch. Blade arrived and I was "dissapointed" in how it was discribed. Even though he DID say that there was some scratches**

Anyways..basically contacted Tom. He made it right within about 20 minutes. Did a partial refund and apologized.

A+++ (x 100). He went well above and beyond and has defiently earned his name in my book of good sellers.
