tonights haul

I harvested from First Nations land (Indians, if one wants to be outright rude). ...

We have First Nations folks around here (the Caldwell band just got a $113 million dollar government settlement) And they all refer to themselves as "Indians". My rock band was nominated for 3 Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards and the Natives who did speeches refered to themselves as "Indians" or "Natives". I agree its not a correct name for the people (Eskimo=Inuk) but I don't think its considered "outright rude".... well, atleast around here, anyway.

Good to know if I ever get over to BC again.

That is some high quality fatwood, too!

Thanks for the explanation. Your original statement went right over my head. I didn't realize it was so literal as the land you were using being owned by them. I figured it might have been something more esoteric.

Bushman5 goes out fatwood hunting after hours because he is ACTUALLY a damn sasquatch with a fatwood addiction worthy of fatwood rehab...If people saw a sasquatch harvesting fatwood at 7 at night it would be catastrophic..People running and screaming while a big ape like figure ran after them with a big ole piece of wood in one hand and the ole landshark in the other trying to tell them " ITS OKAY ITS JUST FATWOOD!!!"

See you in fatwood rehab bushy, if they ever catch us LOL

Just don't mix up your Indians and Eskimos in person. :D

Like calling a Chinaman a Nipponese.
