I really like this sheath , nice color , great solid work , and it's fits the knife , the design. great one , Gary !

I can't decide, what i like more, the sheath, the knife or the pen.
All three are true pieces of art.

Thanks Ann and Jester,
and Jester, my daughter thanks you as well, she has an unusal talent
and eye to create things like that pen, also she is an accomplished artist
too, very clever girl...:)

I've been getting several emails regarding this sheath and have decided that
I would accept orders for the desk style sheath if someone does want one
I'd need to have their knife in order to do the fitup, remember this would
be for the desk and not for belt carry, although you could also slip it into
a jacket I would guess if needed for carrying about.

As nice as that Bose knife is(and, it IS very nice), that sheath IS nicer, IMHO. :)

Thanks Dan, I've a few folks emailing now to get in line for one,
I know I'm biased but I did like how it turned out too ;)

Another fabulous creation Gary. I think I prefer this one with the rounded top. I will be sending you one in a few more days to do for me.:D :D

Gary, I hope you were kind enough to send a copy of these pics to Tony Bose. I'm sure he would appreciate seeing how you've made the frame for his piece of Art. Because that's what you've done. These knives themselves are simple and elegant. The sheaths mirror and accentuate the flow of the knives, but don't try to overshadow the knife.

Nice job. My compliments to your daughters pen making skills. You should show her some of Brian Tighe's son's pens.

I'm sure you've mentioned why no fixed blade sheaths, but I don't remember what that was. No matter, your call.

Ya just had to put that stag  one up didn't ya? :)

Thanks PhilL, Mr. Bose is actually in the process of making one for himself
to send me to make a sheath for him, that's a nice compliment I thought!

As to fixed blade sheaths, there are a lot of guys out there making them,
and just find I really like the folder sheaths a lot more than fixed blades.
I've made several cows worth of fixed blades in my time, maybe it's burn
out ? who knows!

Yah, figured you'd notice the stag, sorry about that! the stag is nice on that one!

here's another bit of stag he also had sent in with his Tony Bose,
it's a very nice Ray Cover's lockback

Had an email from a friend, I think he thought these sheaths were for
belt wear or carrying the knife on your person, as he felt the point of
the sheath was too pointed.

I explained that I tried to keep the point of the sheath nice and crisp since
they are to be desk bound, otherwise, if I were making a fixed blade sheath
for belt carry, I usually do round the tip a little so the sheath doesn't poke
you at all...

Just thought since he was kind enough to email the idea of rounding the tip
down, others may also wonder why the sheath is so pointed, and there it is ;)
Thanks,
G2
