Tony Huffman - MIA?

Just wondering what has happend to Tony Huffman? He used to be around here some, showing his slipjoints and posting some for sale. I own a couple and he makes a really nice knife.

I emailed Tony Huffman a week or so ago in regards to getting a knife made. He wrote back that he wasn't making knives at his time but hoped to start again someday.

Thanks Peregrin, that explains it. Hopefully some day we will more of his work.

I am toting one of his balloon whittlers today.

The young man's work is very clean and the action of each of the three blades is crisp and clean. I love carrying this little knife and using it.

I still pop into the forums from time to time. Try to keep up with what's going on.

Thanks to everyone for the contacts and emails. And especially thanks to you guys who have bought my knives and still enjoy them. As it was pointed out I hope to get back to making knives someday ---- .
