By the Way, Carto is right about the aging process, you need charcoal not wood, the idea is that the barrel both gives and takes away.

Just grain liquors, then after that used barrels get used for Rum, My Very Good Friend Rum.

Not sure if needed with brandy.

I do not age Liquor, Liquor ages me, and "That's Ok"
