I'll take a large or XL (if they run small) shirt for the 5000 post, you can bring it to Blade and deliver it with a cold beer, I'm easy. Oh, don't forget the tube fastener tools also, mang!

I have right here my latest Busse.

An anorexic Badger III limited number 323 with Snakeskin, it was whooped upon the end of the handle a bit by some one that was not afraid to really use the knife, there is a chip in the top layer of micarta.

In is in black Kydex.

Cost all of $125.00

A pretty great user knife, I am thinking I will give it to my Daddy In-law for Father's Day.

Deals are out there you just have to look a little.

Ok, "I" don't have to look because people call me up and ask me to take the knives, but Deals are there to be had.

Thats a great deal. I always see them after someone else already got the deal. :(

I like this sort of thing much better than even the idea of a $2,000.00 Production knife from Busse at the time of production.

In my mind Collectable and how much so, is not decided before production but is figured out afterward by the people doing the Collecting.

Opinions do vary though.

The AKs were nice at about $600.00.

The $2,000.00+ production knife seems to me to be Stretching a bit.

And now we have this new disappearing knife.

Soon we might get a fleeting view of the price?

Prolly not, the knife will prolly show up at Blade with a Blade Show "Special" price, LOL

I remember when He took knives to a show and then decided on the number of orders if he was going to produce a knife or not.(this is my opinion, not anything I was ever told or privy to)

But as example There were only 2 of the Game Warden E-Models ever made and one was taken to the Blade Show with the Rest of the E-Models and just this one did not go into production.

Yeah, the disappearing knife. You can only do it so many times before it starts to get annoying. This one is being strung out too long IMO, I done lost interest in it.

Camp Blood ? Which is the better steel? Thickness for jack of all trades? Or does it really matter?

All the 7 inch and five inch camps are all A2. I use the s7 for the xl stuff,, I think the a2 is the best all around. But that s7 is so tough. Unreal waht you can do with it ,, it will take a beatdown

If I had to choose 1. It would be the a2. The s7 is tougher and the d2 holds a nasty edge. I know how the d2 does in short knives we will find out just how good my Heat treat Mojo has become when I make the first .310 d2. Short sword,, I think it will be a bad Mofo..

Oh,and who got to see that Killa Zilla thing?
I missed it again.
I have no idea what it looks like,
So Im not sure if I want to buy it or not.

Jeremy, you have anything for sale that you wont show me first?

I completely understand anyone who is annoyed by the odd tactics and chooses not to buy. Makes perfect sense to me.

Games like that do not annoy me, however. Either I like something or I don't ... and that's not really affected by any sort of PR or sales tactic.:) Haven't seen KZ yet, so don't know if I'll like it/want it/buy it.

Perhaps its the patience I've developed over the years? I'm perfectly content to wait multiple years to get a design I like done by a custom maker. As long as I know it will come, I'm cool with that.

As for Camp Bloods, well we all need at least one of them.:D:thumbup:
