Nice knives.:thumbup: Is that a skinny or fat ASH? J did my fat ASH, wait that sounds bad:foot:, he put a crazy sharp edge on my ASH.

Im getting ready to send my nmsfno and skinny ash
to Jeremy this week.
Hadnt thought about stripping them,was just gonna get them sharpened.

Any advantage of having them stripped?
I hope I dont hear J say

Well you do have a purdy mouth.:eek::D

I think with the stripped ones you have slightly less friction when chopping. I feel more comfortable using a stripped one for food prep.:thumbup:
