Distal Taper both ways from end of blade (start of the handle) at the rate of .01572" per three inches of run.

Or .00523 per inch.

Blade length of 9.875"

Handle 5.000"

Belly depth of .85"

Starting with .2000, S-7 but the 10-V will do.

Think some thing to kill with, Horton V-groove the top, maybe a couple of those cool Fullers you make going till the metal to support them runs out.

Horton Handles with a lean toward Jerry Hossum, keeping the slabs thin to keep the weight down, the end 1.875" top sharpened down to match the bottom of the Horton Groove, then tapered back to grow into the groove.

Skeletonize the steel under the slabs till the balance point is 2.37" infront of the handle slabs.

Some of those Horton thumb grooves on the top and 3 of them just to the front of the index finger to keep the hand from sliding forward when I get STUPID.

Round on the top of the Butt.

Think long, thin, Flexible but stiff.

Fast, a knife to bring to a Gun Fight.

Oh, Wait, that is just Way to many instructions?

But just think about that knife.

It Sure looks Good in my Mind.

Also think about a 14" version.

The last was a good example of how not to order a knife From JH.

Just take out all of the numbers cept overall length and starting thickness of steel and let him work.

Bear in Mind, what I pictured in my Mind still looks very Good to Me, it just is not any fun to work to that close of Specs.

I did not even get into handle to blade angles.

Lol,, I would have to give you,, the ,,there are so many talented makers out there that are way more qualified for this project ,, speech,,, lol
