Nevermind... What's up ladies? Where's the guy this place is named after?

are you being metro..

Nahhh, I was posting a non-quoted reply to Gimp Nations House of Pain frenzy, but you posted, and ruined it.:D So my previous post was the best I could come up with.... quickly.

Is that metro?

Edit: This place rules, Tony or no Tony. Thats real talk.

Ever finish this one?

I have been hit, many times in the distant past.

One very good friend of mine has knocked me out, at least 6 times that I remember, He also broke two of my ribs, I remember the time I made his knee bend the wrong direction.

The way we Rolled, when you sparred you took some risks, We played Hard.

Hit lots, learn to get hit less often.

Grappeling, the tough part is to know when to tap out.

Rear naked choke? tap or wake up later, or maybe, every once in a while you break the lock and get some.

Now I am fat and old, you can prolly take me, yup, if I don't tell people that they won't even try anymore, and Where's the Fun in that?

Prolly some thing wrong with me, I do still like to spar every once in a while, but then I hurt for more than a week afterwards.

Think of it as "Rutting Buck Syndrome" get men together and some times they just got to see who can do what.

Worst in the late teens and early 20s, but even at 54 I still see a bit of it.
