Too dang cold to work on knives!

OFF TOPIC from the OP

Hey Don, how many adjustments do you get in trade for a hunter??? :D

My chiro was going to do a trade with me, but he ended up wanting an entire bedroom set of blacksmithed furniture (4 post bed, two tables, a bench and sconces and such) I decided to just keep paying him $40 every time! :)

Nick, my dentist trades for knives but my chiro isn't into them.....Yet :)

You should have made that trade... Chiro for life! lol...

Sheesh.... You guys need to stop wasting your money going to Chiro's and go to a PT who can fix you without repeated trips for the rest of your life :D.

Just kidding to any and all chiro's out there!! ;)

had -29 here yesterday morning and a balmy 10 here this morning. But then again i did manage to get a heater in my shop this fall so it is nice and 60 out there.

I don't envy you. You have to suffer through cold and flatland. At least here in the mountains, it's supposed to be cold (and there's scenery to look at).

Uggh, its my turn to bitch about the weather. Winter came late for us this year but its 1F now and last thursday and friday we got 6 feet of snow over the two days. It wouldn't be bad but I still don't have heat or insulation for my shop. :(

Buuuuut spring is only 4 months away! :) Well not technically spring but that when the snow melts up here.

It was in the teens for about a week but now it's back up into the 40s & 50s. I sure am glad winter is finally over!

Dress warmly. :)

I left a bunch of blades out in the garage while it was -30 for a few days, they were tempered but un-finished; should I re-temper them after the cryo?

Well guys, I would trade you some of this hot weather & rain here in Florida for some of that cool air! It was in the mid 70's this past week here in North Florida and I got to where I start breaking into a sweat when it gets out of the 60's. That is too hot for December! It is suppose to be down to the 30s tomorrow night. We shall see. Personally I would love to see some of that white stuff!
