This looks like one of those Cool Hand knives. A Damascus version is something like $75. They're on eBay and Amazon. Check Youtube, LTK did a review of one a while back. Personally I'd call it a roll of the dice.
For a strong brand, take a look at Ruike P108, P801 and P831. The bang for the buck on these things is off the charts for >$40. Then, check the many reviews on Youtube. It's a relatively new brand, but people are going nuts. They were hard to find a few months ago, but are now at BHQ and WhiteMountainKnives. I have the larger G10 P105 "fang". Fenix (flashlight) is their parent company. The CRKT Crossbones is getting rave reviews, and it's around $60. Again similar long stabby blade. As mentioned above, Boker Urban Trapper.
If you're not strictly looking for something as narrow as what you show, For $52 on DHGate you can get the new anniversary version of the CH 3504 flipper. I just ordered one. The original version is about $100 on eBay if you want to pay a premium for one in the US and fast shipping. My CH 3500 is the smoothest flipper I have, compared to Reate, Rike, ZT, Brous... The CH 3001 is a little more svelte (also sold as Kubey on Amazon for about $45) and is an amazing quality flipper. One reviewer listed it as a favorite along with his Shirogorov Neon Ultralight. Also Youtube for the CH 3001 and 3504 for rave reviews.
I guess if there's a downside, I think everything I mentioned is a flipper, I don't think Ruike makes anything that's not unless it's fixed. That's just sort of the trend right now. I'm not a fan of assisted knives. Also give Kizer a look, their value is quite high (trickle down designers) and occasionally you can catch one on sale - if you like the shape.
Whoops! Almost forgot I have this flipper from CH, it's a long narrow design and very good. He's finally doing better ano - the one I have was some stupid color changing purple. The knife is excellent, but not the finish. However he's now doing stonewashed versions. Also sold as Kubey at Amazon for about $50.
