too much stickies or not?

Hey all,
12 stickies in this forum. You have to do some scrolling to see what's going on with new posts. It's a really cluttered view of the page if you ask me...

What do you think? less stickies, more stickies, don't care?

Many contain answers to some pretty common questions.

I do think that we could do with quite a few less. the FAQ, instead of linking to other threads that also have stickies, could contain the answers found in those threads.

The thing is there tend to be a lot of recuring questions around from new members. I sometime needs to go on the last pages to find something new to read. I think stickies help getting read of this repetitive thread a bit more. They don't bother me that much

The stickies will go nowhere.

If you notice, alot of them are very active so they would be on the top of the page anyway.

I'm locking this since there's no point in speculating.
