Mini App. helping with yard work this weekend. Hard to put this one down.
 
Here is my Improvied Bowie that I used to fillet out some pink and silver salmon. I keep the eggs to eat and to use as bait. I keep the livers and hearts to eat as well. I don't waste to much on my salmon. By the way the Improved Bowie worked perfect.

SEE! Told ya! Improved Bowie once again! George is smilin', from.... somewhere.
 
They come out of the oven pretty clean. It`s just hard to find a spot in the steel that does not have deep scratches in it, where it needs to be ground flat.
