Took apart Ace Grand, now it has lock stick

I took apart my Ace Grand to clean it and use the lube of my choice, but now it seems to have lock stick. If I disengage the lock you can hear it, and if I don't close the blade, the lock bar doesn't full re-engage until I push on the blade. What did I do that caused that? I cleaned it in the normal way with alcohol, re-lubed the bearings, pivot area, and detent ball travel.

Here's a video that hopefully shows what I mean:

Anytime you tighten bolts they need to be torqued in a specific pattern. Get this pattern wrong and you place too much tension on one point of mating surfaces making them not "line up" correctly. It would be my guess that you torqued something down too much too soon and the handle of the knife is not under equal tension.

Loosen all the screws. Close the blade. Push the show side scale up, push the lock side scale down. Hold it that way while you tighten everything back up. Start with the pivot screw and work your way down.

Try taking a Q-tip and just cleaning the blade tang where the lock sits.

Thanks. Turned out the pivot was just too tight on one side and not tight enough on the other. That's why I don't like these double sided pivots, hard to tell when they're both adequately tight.

EDIT: It almost seems like it's wearing on the blade though... not sure if it was like that from day one or if this is normal, but you can kind of see it here:

I can notice a slight grind just before is fully disengages but I may have just not noticed it before. Is that normal wear? Watching the lockbar as I disengage it, it doesn't even touch the edge where the west is so I'm not sure how that happened.
