Tool Arm size?

Ken, I agree 1.6" makes no sense. Unless the guy just feels he will sell more tooling arms.

1.25" vs 1.50" desn't matter at all. Just use what ever fits your machine.

1.25 is plenty strong. I can't imagine anything bending it.

1.5"... not that 1.25 isn't enough. I think the 1.6" is just BS. Probably a manufacturing fat finger accident on the prints that they are trying to make a selling feature.

The only reason I can see to design a grinder to use 1.6" tool arms is so you can sell tool arms.
