The two booths were next to each other at SHOT & I was kinda surprised to hear they were co-owned now.

It was in March when Tool Logic was folded under SOG. We didn't make a big deal of it at the time because we wanted to transition everything to SOG so we could combine resources effectively. Now that everything is settled look for a lot of new things from Tool Logic in the next year.
