Toollogic SPL Pro series

Anyone have one of these? Might be a nice compact combo. The SL3 combining a knife, firesteel and whistle seems like a good idea. Seems bulky and unwieldy though. Any thoughts?

I do not have one but I often thought the SL3 was a good combo for going out in the woods. I haven't really found any reviews on them either. I'm not a fan of the half-serrations though, but to each his own.
