I thought the heat came in SS and black models? Been looking at a uncoated sizzle myself. If you like the Heat you can just get another one with the coating.

BTW, Cold Steel Voyagers and Spyderco Endures Come in non-serrated, non-coated verisons. I am assuming you meant "no black blade." If you want "no black handle" and larger than 3.5" your options am small...
 
I still carry a Buck 110 2 dot I picked up around 1974. No tactical look and it was still made from 440c. With trends leaning toward "black" and "tactical", marketing folks get us to overlook the purpose we may be buying the knife for. The 110 is a bullet-proof design and has a spot in my rotation of EDC's and workhorses.
