Just wanted to report a favorable experience (so far) with TopQualityKnives.com.
I ordered two of the brand new, hot-off-the-presses, Kershaw 1987 R.J. Tactical 3.0 folders from topqualityknives.com on Monday evening. They seemed to be one of the first (maybe the first?) retailer to have them in stock, and their prices in general appear to be competitive with the other "usual" sellers I reference. I added a note in the comments section of my order stating that I really needed the knives by the end of the week (I'm leaving next Monday morning for a fishing trip in the "remote wilds of Canada"), so I was expecting/hoping for them to ship the next day.
The checkout procedure was straightforward and hassle-free, and email status updates have been appropriate and timely. The order did, in fact, ship the next day, and I should have the knives in time for my trip. Who knows about the knives themselves, but all indications are that the folks at TQK run a tight ship. :thumbup:
