Looks like a Wenger Ranger 151. Did the serrations get filed away? Looks like there's a little jump in the line of the edge where they'd be. Is this a locking model? Does it have the pocket clip?

It should be a Sentinel the knife is in great shape and has had zero mod work, it does have a locking system unlocked by pushing the wenger logo, no pocket clip just lanyard ring
