TOPS in Russia?

Anybody see on the news tonight? Putin, the new Russian acting president, was handing out to soldiers “hunting knives with his name on them,” said the anchorman. The close up camera shot sure looked like a full-size TOPS blade of some sort! That’s pretty exciting for TOPS and Mike (Fuller, isn’t it?)

Unless I was wrong, congratulations for the international flair, Mike!

I saw the footage but, the knife came out so dark I couldn't tell what it was.

Considering the Russian economy, I would be surprised if they were buying knives in quantity from any source outside of their borders.

I'll have to ask Mike and Helen about this. They are getting a lot of press lately so, it's certainly possible some TOPS knives made it over there.
