TOPS Knife blade coating?

I talked to the guys from TOPS at the Phoenix gun show a few weeks back and asked about the coating on their blades.
They told me it was a polyester/epoxy powdercoat used on the bottom of Artic Cat's.
Anybody know where I would look to find the makers of this coating? Or where Artic Cat's are made?
