TOPS/RatCut. style Handle Fasteners?

Hey everyone,

I'm a new knife-maker just starting out, and trying to make my own Rat 3 at the moment. I've got some Micarta and am wondering if anyone knows what fasteners TOPS/Rat Cutlery use for their handles. They appear flat, with a hexagonal screw head, and are black (anodized?).

Yes those will work, torx instead of hex but it will work just fine, thank you
