Up for sale is a TOPS TIBO neck knife. It is about the same size as the ESEE Izula in case you wondered. There is a tiny bit more handle length in the TIBO. Blade is 1095 carbon steel and the knife is brand new and has never been used or carried. I bought it brand new from GPKnives.
