TOPS Tracker the Fatwood Whacker !

Yeah a smaller thinner version would be more of an all around woods knife. At the size it is lengthwise even with thinner blade I don't think it could be more of a EDC type knife. You aren't going to filet or do fine work with it. It's too big.

It's a big camp knife/chopper. I carry a smaller EDC bushknife for fine work.

Mine will cut great, I just find it isn't the all round knife that it could have been !

Yeah for some reason they scaled the whole thing down instead of just the stock. This compromises the whole idea of the knife.
I'm pretty sure a full size version outta 3/16" with a full flat grind would still chop as well or damn near close to the present version and would also perform various cutting tasks a whole lot better.

Maybe even a full height flat grind using the existing 1/4" stock would be fine, the current grind is just too thick !

i think they should make a BIGGER one, about 14" long blade X 4" tall, with 1/2" stock.

nuff said.

Thats what I had done I don't think its flat though I believe it is what is termed "hollow ground" On yours that whole part that is "shiny" on mine has been reground. I will try to get some pics. But the edge is now like a knif and not like an axe. I tried to illustrate with "paint"
